The time after the program
What happens once the program is over? Is it followed up by a systematic personnel development plan?
Answer
Naturally Daimler is very much interested in following up on the investment it has made in its CAReer participants. Our alumni will have the opportunity to establish a Group-wide network during various events. In addition, our HR advisors will support participants once the program has ended.
After the end of the program, participants will be supervised by our Human Resources development instrument LEAD (Leadership Evaluation and Development). LEAD was introduced in the company several years ago as a global standard. It comprises target agreements, performance assessment, potential appraisals, and development planning.
Will trainees be taken on under a permanent contract after the end of the program?
Answer
Participants are offered a permanent contract at the start of the program.
