For this reason, Daimler invests in its employees with the future in mind. Its student sponsorship program for bachelor’s and master’s degrees is yet another aspect of its holistic approach to personnel development.
Daimler Academic Programs provide a small selected group of high performers and promising employees with the opportunity to complete a bachelor’s or master’s degree, either as a part-time or full-time course. The selected employees are either specialists in their area or starting out in their first managerial role. The range of courses, focusing on the Group’s key strategic and functional specialisms, is only available in Germany at present, but will soon be offered in other countries.
We support our employees in a number of different ways. In addition to financial help, employees are also given plenty of time to study. A program offering support and assistance ensures that our employees have perfect conditions for studying successfully.
After all, Daimler Academic Programs is a trade mark in its own right.
