The facts:

Our Cooperative State University combines a scientific course of studies with regular practical work/ assignments at Daimler.
The triannual study program is divided into six semesters. Each semester comprehends 12 weeks of theory at the academy and 12 weeks of practical work in different fields at Daimler.

The theory:

The readings take place in small groups consisting of circa 30 students, which guarantees a close contact to the professors and the teaching staff.
Passing the final exams at the dual acedemy leads to the internationally accepted bachelor degree.

The practice:

The practical training periods in each semester support the implementation of the learned theory and give an insight in different departments of the Daimler concern.
By supervising specific projects/ exercises you’ll get to know the structure, function and working processes of each department.
Extra company-internal workshops help you to improve your technical knowledge on the basis of business simulations, case studies and project work.
