• What is the level of remuneration?
  Remuneration depends on the area of assignment and the labor regulations in the respective country. We offer vacation work in our administrative and technical business units (production).
• What is the number of working hours per week?
  The working week normally amounts to 35 working hours.
• Are there opportunities for shift work?
  Yes, the production areas work various shift patterns (double-shift, triple-shift and permanent night-shift patterns).
• Will I be entitled to vacation?
  Leave entitlement in each country is granted in accordance with legal and company regulations. In Germany temporary vacation workers are entitled to vacation.
• When can I apply?
  The positions are normally advertised on the Daimler Career Website two to six months before the start of the temporary vacation position.
• How can I apply?

• What application documents are required?
  Your application should include a CV detailing your complete career history, a cover letter and all relevant references. Please write your cover letter in the ‘motivation’ field provided for this purpose on the online application form.
  Note concerning vacation jobs in Germany:
  High school and university students must provide a valid student enrollment certificate, or alternatively provide evidence of their intended future training, military service or further study.
  Non-EU applicants require residence authorization in Germany and, if applicable, a work permit.
  Applicants who are citizens of the ‘new’ EU member states require a freedom of movement permit and, if applicable, a work permit.
