In every of our employees there is a piece of our founding fathers Carl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler: Pioneering spirit, curiosity and an eye towards greater things. To have invented the first automobile isn’t a tradition, but to have invented and re-invented the automobile again and again, certainly is. For this reason we constantly strive to develop ourselves further. How? With advanced education, target-oriented career planning and a good balance between career and family.
